An overview by ManageEngine, the IT board division of Zoho Corporation, has found out down that 95% of Indian companies will hold the work from home (WFH) model for the following 2 years.

The Survey included 1,210 IT executives and technology experts from North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and India.
From India, respondents from organizations with more than 500 employees across 18 industry verticals partook in the review.
Cybersecurity Issues
The survey likewise tracked down that 89% of respondents had worries about security challenges because of the WFH model.
This is because that these organizations had little authority over the product their employees purchased and installed on their gadgets.
The report said that security had taken main priority because of expanded security risks presented by phishing, focusing on worker devices, malware, account capturing, and online media exploits.
Expanded Reliance on Cloud And AI
97% of firms had increased reliance on cloud arrangements and 96% saw an increase in business analytics and trust in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
AI Improved intelligence further developed business bits of knowledge, tasks, and customer Satisfaction and prompted better results as indicated by 89% of firms.
IT Team Pegged To Lead Company Future
The organization’s future was highly dependent on the tech leadership group.
This is in contrast with initiative in different divisions like sales, advertising, marketing, and finance.
The survey expressed that “dynamic, speedy, data-driven decision making” found in it’s anything but a “critical business enabler” which brought about enhanced client experience.
